Otherwise first come, first serve basis Parking Rent: $70 per space Parking Deposit: $140, (2 months parking rent) Lease Term: 1 year, in accordance with your apartment lease Other Parking Options: Street Parking is available on Northampton Street and Larry Holmes Drive. Additionally, the following public parking garages are available in downtown Easton: Pine Street Parking Garage, City Hall Parking Garage, and the public garage behind the Easton Public Market (under construction).
